While not mandatory, we really love an appointment.  We are always happy to accommodate walk-ins, but when we know in advance that we have an appointment with a bride, we are able to prepare samples and block out time just for you. What are all of the different printing methods available?

How long will my order take?

Invitations - Once the final proof is approved, the production time is typically 2 weeks.

Personalized products - For personalized stationery printed in store, once the final proof is approved it will take 24 - 48 hours for pick up. For a vinyl monogram for a Corckcicle or other product, it will be 24 - 48 hours for pick up. 

Products that have to be shipped - Personalized invitation orders will ship after an email proof has been approved. Production will take 24 - 48 hours, and will be shipped once production has been completed.


If you are having invitations personalized, you will receive a two free proof via email, typically  within 48 hours after your order is submitted. After the second proof, if there are more changes, a proofing fee will be applied to your final bill.

Once you receive your proof, please double-check the information VERY CAREFULLY for correct wording, spelling, event’s day of the week, date, time, location and colors. Please reply to the proof email with an approval or any changes or corrections that need to be made, and we will adjust as necessary.

*Please note: In an effort to deliver your invitations as promptly as possible, once a proof has been approved, it will immediately go into the queue for printing. We suggest that you double and triple check all of the information shown on your invitation before sending back an approval. Any changes made once the invitation has already been printed will incur an additional charge.*

What is your return policy? How are errors handled?

Our current return policy is that everyday items can be returned with a receipt.  BLANK Paper goods (such as invitations and stationery- not personalized) can be returned for in-store credit within the 7 days as well.  All sales are final on holiday and reduced merchandise.

Occasionally errors occur due to the nature of personalization, if the error is on the manufacturer’s part it will be reprinted at the expense of the store.

When the error is made by the customer it will be reprinted at the expense of the customer. It is very important when placing your order that you double check all spelling, wording, dates, etc. before submitting an approval.


If purchasing a gift that will be shipped, please let us know what the occasion is, and will will ship the item wrapped. This is a complimentary service we provide, as such, the wrapping options are subject to change with the season.

Shipping Information

We are currently only shipping within the United States. All products sold on our website are shipped directly from us. We ship UPS Ground, and most orders will arrive within 2 - 3 days of shipping. For West Coast orders, please allow a few extra days shipping. For more detailed information, please ask and we can provide you with a tracking number once the item has shipped.
